How To Boil Green Peanuts - My Boiled to Roast Fresh Green Peanuts Recipe

www.mercifulg.blogspot.com How to boil green peanuts recipe is as simple as boiling water except there are peanuts with added seasoning. But how do you like to have boiled-then-roast peanuts that are crunchy and not as soft that we usually get from  convenience stores or stalls.  Although I do have some favorite stores to get it.

Wash the peanuts, put in a pan or wok, add the water and then the peanuts. Bring it to a boil then cover. Switch to low heat settings to simmer.  Once the water slowly drying up, stir some of your favorite seasoning salts. That's the "roasting part."  Some like them hot and they mix cayenne pepper with as they cook. Stir or mix until skins are almost brown. Taste and if crunchy enough and serve. My company like beer with it.

If you prefer softer and chewy peanuts?  Put enough water to cover.  Bring to boil, then switch to low heat settings to simmer. Add salt, pepper or hot seasonings. Test one or two until the peanuts are cooked to your texture preferences. Do not let it dry like I did on my video since I prefer crunchy-boiled peanuts.  Drain and serve.

How To Make Coconut Macaroons with Fresh Coconut

www.mercifulg.blogspot.com Have you tried coconut macaroons using the freshly grated coconuts? There are always alternative for fresh coconuts and those are store-bought packaged, ready-made coconut flakes but usually made with so much sugar added. I created this recipe using freshly grated coconuts, mixed with some pure cane sugar, few tablespoons of lite coconut oil and two egg whites.  Then baked for twenty minutes in 325F.  The results are just tasty, chewy, soft coconut macaroons.
