Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Egg Beaters Southwestern Style
1 tbsp turkey sausage - fried and chopped
1 tbsp red onions -chopped and diced
1 tbsp - bell peppers -chopped and diced
1 tbsp - veggie cheese
dash of salt and pepper
dash of steak seasoning
1 tbsp cooking oil
Cook the turkey sausage by boiling them
in 1/2 cup water, rinse, and fry with oil
season with steak seasoning, my favorite
spices.
I boil and rinse to get rid of extra salt.

Instructions:
- Heat the pan to mid-heat.
- Pour the oil into the pan and add the egg beaters.
- Add the sausage, onions, bell peppers once egg are half-way done.
- Add dash of freshly ground pepper and salt.
- Sprinkle with the steak seasoning.Carefully fold and cook for 3-5 minutes each side.
- Top with the cheese.
- Serve hot with hash browns, more sausage as side dish and toasts.
