Ingredients:
1/2 to 3/4 lb pork shoulder, cut to bite size
2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped to small pieces
1/4 cup mixed red and yellow onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp Mama Sitas seasoning
1tsp hot chili oil pepper I used my homemade
3 cups water
3/4 cup fresh green beans, bokchoy or greens you prefer
4 bokchoy stalks, sliced and separate stalks from tops
1 cup fresh spinach
1 1/2 tbspn fish sauce
Dash of ground pepper
2 tbsp of lemon juice
