About Me

My simple Filipina facial tips.

1. Wear sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat when staying longer than 15 minutes in the sun. Sun gives our skin good tone but too much exposure aged you quickly.
2. Eat lots of almonds, dark chocolates, and eat lots of fruits, mostly tropical fruits.
3. Clean and wash your face twice a day with cold water. Do not sleep with make-up on. I use Stridex, it minimize those dark spots. It cost less than $3.00
4. Apply moisturizer, I use Ponds Clarant B3 Dark Spot Correcting Moisturizer Cream. Less than $6.00.
5. Apply another moisturizer made for the skin underneath your eyes.
6. For make-up, accentuate your best feature and apply less make-up. The natural looking the better. I use Shiseido The Makeup Lift Foundation and the closest color to your skin the better.
7. Smile as it brings the best in you.
